Because our items involve specialized handling, international shipping, and small-batch sourcing, we are not able to offer refunds or returns on most purchases.
However, we understand that unique situations can happen.
If you believe your order arrived damaged, defective, incomplete, or significantly different from what you expected, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.
