Orders are packed with care and usually ship within 3–5 business days.

Because many of our items are handmade, sourced in small batches, or shipped internationally, delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.

 

Typical delivery estimates:

 

• Canada & U.S.: 1–3 weeks

• International: 2–6 weeks

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

We do not add hidden fees—what you see at checkout is what you pay.

 

Customs & Import Fees

Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes charged by their country.

We cannot predict or control these fees.

 

Tracking

Most orders include tracking.

Once your package ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

 

Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for:

 

• Lost or delayed packages caused by the carrier

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

• Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier
