This handcrafted wooden candle stand is built around an open lattice of intersecting lines inspired by traditional Persian girih geometry. The pattern is ancient, rooted in architectural mathematics and sacred proportion, while the silhouette is distinctly modern — vertical, minimal, and quietly dramatic.


Two tiers create two small stages for flame. When lit, candlelight travels upward through the geometry, turning warmth into a soft sculptural presence. The wood is stained in deep, earthy tones — reminiscent of old doorways in Yazd — with the grain left visible like a memory. Subtle brass accents at the joints nod to traditional Persian metalwork without overpowering the form.
